Based on feedback and requests received from the trade, export containers, on occasion, arrive prior to vessel gate opening and have to wait for the vessel gates to open. To minimise the waiting time for such containers, the terminal shall allow such containers to gate-in, in limited numbers, to support the export trade.
APM Terminals Mumbai has made it possible for Shipping Lines, at the importer's request, to raise an Additional Service Request (ASR) for priority loading of the containers on rake as per BL-Wise. Basis. We will load all the containers and will rail out together on single rake.
